What is your service territory?
We serve Northeast Ohio and are expanding with limited availability in the Columbus and Toledo areas.
What is your turnaround time on portraits?
Galleries are published one week after picture day. The free group shipping window is open for two weeks after publishing. All orders placed in that time will be delivered to the school.
Orders placed after the free group shipping window closes will be mailed to the students' homes and a small shipping fee will be charged.
How do you handle group pictures of each classroom?
We provide a class composite image with a yearbook style headshot of each child and teachers for each classroom.
What time do you start on Picture Day?
We're happy to flex around your school schedule, however, we recommend getting started photographing kids by 8:30 am so we can wrap up by lunch time.
Our crew will arrive one hour prior to our scheduled start time to set up.
Will our staff get a discount on their children's portraits?
Of course! School staff get 50% off their portrait orders.
We're a small school. Can we still work with ColorPop?
We currently have availability to work with schools with rosters of 70+ students.
Do you charge the school a fee?
Generally, no. In most cases, our revenue comes solely from portrait orders.
For some special events, the school may opt to pay a flat studio fee to reduce or eliminate the cost to parents. This option is reserved for special events like dances, community events, etc. and smaller schools who do not meet the standard 70-child minimum requirement for picture day booking.
