I lost my gallery code, how can I access my portraits?

No worries! You can scan the QR code at the front desk/office of your school to retrieve your code, or contact us using the form above and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

What is your turnaround time?

Galleries are usually published one week after picture day. Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay, but we do our best to deliver portraits on time.

Are there more pictures of my child for me see that weren't delivered?

No. We deliver every deliverable image the first time around.

We do our best to provide a variety of expressions and poses in all our galleries, however, the number of images we're able to deliver is highly dependent on how a child is feeling and behaving during their picture day portrait session.

We never force a child to participate beyond their comfort, so it will occasionally happen that a child will have fewer portraits than what we'd consider optimal.

There are no images in my child's gallery. What's up?

If picture day was less than one week ago, please be patient with us while we put the finishing touches on your gallery. If you opted into notifications, you'll receive an email and/or text message as soon as your portraits are published.

If it's been more than a week since picture day and you're sure your child was in attendance on picture day, feel free to use the form above to reach out so we can help sort it out for you.
