When is picture day?
Your child’s picture day date is listed at the top of this page. If your school has two Picture Day dates, please check with your teacher to confirm which day your child is scheduled for.
How will I receive my order?
Orders placed during the two-week group ordering window will be delivered to the school together at no cost. Any orders placed after that window will ship directly to your home and you’ll be charged a small shipping fee.
What should my child wear?
We’ve created a Wardrobe Guide just for this season’s background color. You’ll find suggestions on what colors and styles look best—and what to avoid—to help your child shine on Picture Day.
What if I miss the group ordering window?
No worries! You’ll miss out on premiere pricing and free shipping to the school, but you can still place an order at any time.
Late orders ship directly to your home instead of being delivered to the school and incur a small shipping fee.
When will the gallery be ready?
Galleries are typically published within 7 days after Picture Day. We’ll send a text and/or email as soon as they’re live.
What if I can’t find my child’s gallery?
Use the “find my gallery” link at the top of the page to look up your child’s gallery access code. Remember you need to use the name the school has on file for your child. For example, if they’re registered as “Samantha,” typing “Sammy” will result in no found galleries.
